With over a decade of lobbying experience in South Carolina and 17 years working with and for the SC General Assembly and the state’s executive branch, Ben has worked with some of the biggest companies and most diverse associations in the state. Recent accomplishments include developing energy policy for a Fortune 500 company, taking on some of the largest corporations in the world on behalf of local businesses, and running the largest small business association in the state. His areas of expertise include business policy development, energy policy, healthcare policy, tax policy, workers comp and unemployment insurance reform, and information technology development and strategic planning.

Her work has yielded significant legislative victories and secured tremendous economic development wins. Founder of the strategic communications firm the Homeyer Strategy Group and partner in 1101 Public Affairs, Wendy is a communications strategist with more than two decades of experience who has created effective external affairs, marketing and fundraising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, elected officials, political action committees, caucuses, state agencies, foundations, associations, not-for-profit organizations and two U.S. Presidents. She served as the principal external affairs consultant for Dominion Energy in its purchase of SCANA Energy. Currently, she advises Lockheed Martin in all communication matters with the state of South Carolina related to the F-16 fighter jet.
Trisha is a communications and legislative relations strategist with 20-plus years of experience working with those at the highest levels of business and government. Her clients have included numerous elected officials from both parties, as well as state agencies, Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and nonprofits, trade associations and universities. She also has extensive economic development experience, serving as managing editor for two major economic development publications. Trisha has helped launch two political action committees and helped numerous clients with successful legislative efforts.
